UploadBlogReview publishes practical guidance for people growing new websites. If you have done the work, such as ranking a young domain, landing coverage for an unknown brand or building links without a big budget, our readers want to hear how you did it. This page explains what we look for and how to pitch.
Topics We Accept
We accept articles that fit one of our core categories:
- Guest Posting: finding outlets, pitching editors, writing for other publications, measuring results.
- Content Marketing: strategy, research, briefs, distribution, repurposing and analytics.
- SEO: keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, site architecture and search performance for new domains.
- Link Building: outreach, linkable assets, broken link building, digital partnerships and link quality.
- Digital PR: story angles, journalist outreach, data-led campaigns and brand mentions.
The strongest pitches come from first-hand experience: a case study with real numbers, a process you have refined over many campaigns, or a lesson learned from something that did not work. We are less interested in broad overviews such as “What Is SEO?” that are already covered thoroughly elsewhere.
Submission Guidelines
Originality
Your article must be original and unpublished, both online and in print. Once published here, it should not be republished elsewhere. We check all submissions for duplicate content.
Length and Depth
Articles should be at least 1,200 words. Length is not the goal, though. We want enough depth that a reader can act on your advice without needing to look elsewhere. Use subheadings, short paragraphs and examples. Screenshots, charts and data are welcome if you own them or have permission to use them.
No AI Spam
We do not accept mass-produced or unedited AI-generated content. If you use tools to help with research or drafting, the final article must reflect your own expertise, judgment and voice, and every fact must be checked. Submissions that read as generic, padded or unverified will be declined.
Link Policy
- You may include one link to your own website or a relevant resource of yours, either in the author bio or in the body where it genuinely helps the reader.
- Other links should point to credible, relevant sources that support your claims.
- We do not accept links to gambling, adult, pharmaceutical, cryptocurrency schemes or other high-risk sites.
- Exact-match anchor text stuffed into unrelated sentences will be removed.
- We reserve the right to add
rel="nofollow"orrel="sponsored"attributes, or to remove links, at our discretion.
Editorial Review
Every submission is reviewed by our Editorial Team. We may edit for clarity, length, accuracy, structure and style, and we may update the article over time to keep it current. If we need substantial changes, we will send the draft back with notes rather than rewrite it without you. Accepted articles are published under our Editorial Policy.
How to Pitch
Please pitch an idea before sending a full draft. Email contact@uploadblogsreview.com with the subject line “Guest Post Pitch: [Your Topic]” and include:
- A proposed headline.
- A short summary of the article (three to five sentences) explaining what the reader will learn.
- A rough outline of the main sections.
- Why you are qualified to write it, such as your role, projects or results.
- Links to two or three articles you have published elsewhere.
Pitches that show you have read UploadBlogReview and understand our audience stand out. Check that we have not already covered your topic in the same way.
What Happens After You Submit
- Acknowledgement: we confirm receipt within 2–3 business days.
- Pitch decision: if the idea fits, we approve it, sometimes with suggestions on angle or scope. If it does not, we will let you know.
- Draft submission: send your completed article as a Google Doc or Word file, with images supplied separately.
- Editing: our editors review the draft and may request revisions. Most articles go through one round.
- Publication: once approved, we schedule the article and send you the live link. We encourage you to share it with your audience.
Submitting a pitch does not guarantee publication, and we do not charge or pay for standard editorial contributions. Sponsored content is handled separately. For commercial enquiries, please use our Contact Us page.
