UploadBlogReview publishes guidance for people growing new websites. Readers use our articles to make decisions about where to spend limited time and budget, so we take accuracy and transparency seriously. This policy explains how our content is researched, written, reviewed, labeled and maintained.
Editorial Team Authorship
Articles on the Site are published by the Editorial Team. The team plans topics, researches and writes articles, edits contributed pieces and is collectively responsible for everything we publish. Publishing under a shared byline means every article is checked against the same standards, regardless of who drafted it.
Guest contributors are credited by name with a short bio. Their articles go through the same review process as our own and must follow our Write for Us guidelines.
Research Standards
Before an article is published, we aim to make sure that:
- Claims are supported. Statistics, quotes and statements about how search engines work are linked to a primary or reputable source, such as official documentation from Google or Bing, peer-reviewed or well-documented industry studies, or our own first-hand testing.
- Sources are current. We prefer data from the last two years. When we cite older research, we say so and explain why it is still relevant.
- Advice is practical. Instructions are written so that a reader with a new website can follow them. Where a tactic requires tools, budget or technical skills, we say so up front.
- Risks are disclosed. If a technique carries a risk of penalties, wasted effort or reputational harm, we explain the risk rather than leaving it out.
- Opinions are labeled. When we give a judgment rather than a fact, we make that clear.
We do not publish content that promotes link schemes, deceptive outreach, fake reviews or other practices that violate search engine spam policies.
Use of AI Tools
We may use software tools to help with research, outlining or proofreading. Every article is written, fact-checked and approved by people on the Editorial Team, and no article is published without human review.
Sponsored Content and Affiliate Links
Some content is supported commercially. We keep it clearly separated from our editorial judgment:
- Sponsored articles are labeled “Sponsored” or “Partner Content” at the top of the page. Sponsors may suggest topics but cannot approve or edit our independent articles.
- Links in sponsored content use
rel="sponsored"orrel="nofollow"attributes. - Affiliate links may earn us a commission. They do not change our assessment of a product, and we disclose affiliate relationships in the article or in our Disclaimer.
- We do not sell editorial links in non-sponsored articles.
Corrections
We correct errors as quickly as possible. If you spot a mistake, email contact@uploadblogsreview.com with the article URL and details. Our process:
- We review the request, usually within 2–3 business days.
- If the error is confirmed, we fix it in the article.
- For significant factual corrections, we add a short note at the end of the article explaining what changed and when.
Minor fixes, such as typos or broken links, are made without a note.
Updates and Content Maintenance
Marketing advice ages quickly. We review our most-read articles regularly and after major search engine updates or policy changes. When we update an article, we:
- refresh statistics, screenshots and examples;
- remove or rewrite advice that no longer works;
- show an “Updated” date so readers know how current the content is.
Articles that can no longer be made accurate are rewritten, merged with a more current guide or retired.
